Inspire announces three key hires to support continued growth and expansion

Inspire is excited to announce the hiring of Jennifer Moyer, Robert Ramirez, and Amy DeMaria as the newest members of the leadership team. These key hires will support Inspire’s continued growth and ensure successful expansion of the company’s business portfolio and product offerings in the healthcare commercial insights and real world evidence spaces.

Jennifer Moyer

Jennifer Moyer has been named Chief Financial Officer at Inspire. She joins the team with over 20 years of financial, operations, and leadership experience in a range of tech and media companies. In her new role as CFO, she will be responsible for overall financial leadership at Inspire during a period of rapid growth for the company. Moyer will oversee development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy, working closely with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and profitability. Before joining Inspire, Moyer served in leadership roles as the CFO for Curbio, CFO and COO for Upside Travel, and CFO and COO for Alarm.com. She also served as COO for WashingtonPost.Newsweek Interactive and in a variety of finance roles at The Washington Post. Moyer is a graduate of Temple University.

Robert Ramirez

Robert Ramirez joins Inspire as Chief Revenue Officer. Ramirez has over 30 years of experience developing and managing healthcare industry market research and revenue strategies. He provides a unique view of the healthcare landscape, having previously worked for Schlesinger Group as Chief Client Officer and Senior Vice President at Ipsos Healthcare. Ramirez was previously Vice President of Healthcare Research at Ipsos Understanding Unlimited, where he ran the qualitative health division. He has held senior positions at Merck, Pfizer, and Oxford Health Plans. Ramirez received the President’s Award from Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence and Research Group (PBIRG) for his contributions to market research. He has an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a BA from Flagler College.

Amy DeMaria

Amy DeMaria has been hired as Inspire’s Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications. She has led marketing and communications teams in a wide range of organizations, including Georgetown University Medical Center, the Aspen Institute, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a pioneering research organization whose work has changed the course of a once fatal disease. DeMaria’s work has led to awards sponsored by Advertising Age, Modern Healthcare, and the Public Relations Society of America. In 2017, DeMaria was named Washington Women in PR’s Woman of the Year. She is a graduate of Emory University and has completed the marketing program at Georgetown University of Business.
