Meet our leadership team

Brett Kleger

Chief Executive Officer

Brett Kleger is a nationally recognized executive leader with deep strengths in sales, marketing, corporate development and product management. He has extensive experience building healthcare technology and services companies and divisions, and bringing new offerings and capabilities to market. He is particularly interested in data-driven digital solutions.

Prior to Inspire, Brett was CEO of Datacubed Health, where he transitioned the company during the pandemic from early stage concepts to a major contender in the eCOA and decentralized clinical trial platform categories. Prior to Datacubed, Kleger was Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at DrugDev, where he led the company’s market success to become the leading provider of site facing technologies, resulting in an acquisition by IQVIA. He remained at IQVIA for several years post acquisition to consolidate and lead the commercialization for all of IQVIA’s clinical trial technologies.

Brett holds a business degree from the University of Maryland and a juris doctorate from the Villanova School of Law. In 2018, he was named to the PharmaVoice 100 in recognition of his considerable career achievements.

Jen Moyer

Chief Financial Officer

Jen Moyer has over 25 years of financial, operations, and leadership experience in a range of tech and media companies. As CFO, she is responsible for interfacing with investors and for the overall financial leadership and integrity of the company. Jen most recently served in leadership roles as the CFO for Curbio, CFO and COO for Upside Travel, and CFO for Alarm.com (NASDAQ: ALRM). She also served as COO for washingtonpost.com (formerly WashingtonPost.Newsweek Interactive) and in a variety of finance roles at The Washington Post Company (now Graham Holdings). Jen serves on the board of the Robert Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins. She is a graduate of Temple University and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Cynthia Chan

Vice President, Engineering

With over three decades of software engineering experience and leadership roles, Cyndi is a proven leader in developing applications. She began her career at IBM Federal Systems Division, then transitioned to telecommunications, gaining invaluable experience managing teams and building products. Cyndi’s leadership philosophy embodies the principles of servant leadership, an approach rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to the growth and well-being of each team member. Cyndi is a graduate of Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.

Sean Collins

Senior Vice President, Promote & Recruit Client Development Leader

With almost 20 years of sales experience in the life sciences space, Sean leads both the digital advertising and clinical trials awareness sales teams, as well as the client service team. Prior to joining Inspire, Sean held leadership roles as the SVP Business Development at Health Union and SVP Sales at AccentHealth. He has worked with the top pharmaceutical companies in creating innovative solutions to support the various patient journeys. He started his career with multiple sales management roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Catalina Marketing. Sean is a graduate of Rider University.

Amy DeMaria

Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications

Amy is a communications and marketing leader with 20+ years of experience. She has led marketing and communications teams in a range of organizations, including Georgetown University Medical Center and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a pioneering research organization whose work has changed the course of a once fatal disease. She began her career at the global communications agency Porter/Novelli. 

Amy’s work has led to awards sponsored by Advertising Age, Modern Healthcare, the Public Relations Society of America, and YouTube. In 2017, she was named Washington Women in PR’s Woman of the Year. Amy is a graduate of Emory University and has completed the Marketing program at Georgetown University School of Business.

Rebecca Traish

Head of Member Product

Rebecca is a 21-year professional, with over 16 years of intensive healthcare product strategy, development and management experience, including overseeing the full lifecycle, cradle-to-grave product development, in both small business and large business environments. Rebecca began her career in the Health and Life Sciences Division at Accenture. She later led the product teams at several startups in the healthcare space including Revolution Health (now Everyday Health) and Pascal Metrics. Rebecca’s products have won accolades including the MM&M award for “Best Interactive Initiative for Consumers.” She studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Kansas University and Washburn University.

Teja Talluri

Vice President, Data Science, and Managing Director, Inspire India

Teja is a data science and artificial intelligence expert who is skilled at building deep learning models to understand user behavior and drive engagement. Prior to joining Inspire, Teja developed innovative data solutions across a diverse set of fields such as education, healthcare, and e-commerce. He specializes in deep learning and natural language processing. Teja is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters Degree from the School of Computer Science.

Richard Tsai

Senior Vice President, Real World Evidence & health journey

Richard is a life sciences and digital health executive with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, product development and commercial strategy. In addition to overseeing Real World Evidence, Richard is responsible for developing Inspire’s HealthJourney data and engagement platform, which empowers patients and caregivers across their medical journey and accelerates gathering of real world insights of diseases or therapeutics for researchers. 

Prior to joining Inspire, he held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rare Genomics Institute, and Hopkins Biotech Network. Richard completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Riverside, and a Masters Degree in Biotechnology, Business Enterprise and Regulatory Affairs from Johns Hopkins University.
