Inspire is looking for a Senior Director of Partnerships to lead partnership strategy.  This position will report to the VP of Community & Partnerships, and will be responsible for working across the organization and with patient advocacy partners to understand our products and our partner’s strategic goals, activities and programs in order to enhance our value proposition.


  • Review, enhance and prioritize Partnerships strategy and value proposition
    • Employ business development tactics and strategies to win new key advocacy accounts
    • Define and develop communication around Inspire’s key differentiators
    • Strengthen current partnerships and collaborate with partner leaders
    • In collaboration with Business Development, analyze drug development pipelines to align with current and future partners. Identify opportunities for new partnerships 
    • Attend virtual and in-person meetings with Inspire partners to understand and collaborate on strategic goals, activities, and programs  (e.g. funding, policy, grants, etc.)
    • Represent Inspire at partner webinars, conferences, luncheons, and other partner-facing programs and events
  • Increase visibility of Inspire
    • Spearhead annual advocacy group summit about funding, policy, regulatory, political and other important mutually-beneficial issues


  • 8+ years of experience with non-profits, ideally health-focused
  • Strong strategy skills, with experience working closely with non-profits and their members
  • Strong understanding of social media, with ability to advise leadership
  • Ability to understand partner needs and collaborate with product and marketing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
