Launching communities with Inspire: The Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor (PNET) support community Apr 2018

Project Description

About This Case Study

Finding patients and caregivers affected by rare cancers to inform drug development and evaluation has been difficult for the life science industry. Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) are very rare cancers diagnosed in about 1000 people in the US each year. Our client needed access to and engagement with patients with PNETs and their caregivers. Our members with PNETs needed a community.

1) Learn how to sponsor a community on Inspire.

2) See how quickly a community of patients with rare cancers and their caregivers grew on Inspire.

3) Find out the benefits of a safe, single environment for all client, patient and caregiver interaction, including access to potential clinical trial research participants.

4) Learn how the synergies and special features of sponsorship provide strategic value by helping life science companies achieve their short- and long-term marketing, research and access goals.
