Inspire communities are composed of active, engaged patients who read, write, and respond readily to inquiries. Inspire connects with these patients in a controlled, permission-based manner, providing exceptional primary and secondary research and analysis. Inspire delivers this research to help industry gain deeper understanding about patient decision-making and perspectives.
Inspire engages with entire patient populations or carefully-chosen subsets selected according to therapeutic area, age, gender and location. Options include simple and complex online assessments, video verbatims, longitudinal studies and Market Research Online Communities (MROCs).
One example of Inspire's work in this area is a project it did for Amgen. Amgen partnered with Inspire, which already managed the National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF) online support community, to create and deliver a survey to 2,000 members of the community. For Amgen, the project demonstrated the capability to rapidly leverage an engaged online community to glean time-sensitive patient insights in a cost-efficient manner and mobilize concerned patients around a single issue.
